Passengers need to show IDs to get tickets, and everyone will have to have their bags tagged, both for group travel and by C&J.

David has offered to handle the online flight check-in and print boarding passes for everyone, which he will give to to the group leaders at the bus station.

March meeting

It is time to convene a meeting of everyone committed to this summer's youth journey to Transylvania and Hungary.

Saturday, 15 March 2008
9:00 a.m. at FRS

We will of course discuss the date changes and their implications. There has been good progress, and I think planning has progressed at an appropriate pace. (We are now about 21 weeks from departure.) We'll also talk about finalizing registration, outline logistics, discuss financial needs, educational events running up to August, and anything else you would all like to explore.

Chaperones

Confirmed today, the chaperones for the Youth Pilgrimage will be Harold and Sabrina Babcock, with Michael Fosberg and Pat Skibbee.

New website

Welcome to the website for the FRS UU Youth Pilgrimage. I've tried to put everything I could think of here, but if I have missed something, let me know.
